Graveside Services for Virginia Ginger Dukes Baker 75 of Whitney Texas will be held Saturday February 21 2026 at 100 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Cemetery 1422 CR 724 Nacogdoches Texas. Visitation will be held Friday February 20 2026 from 400 p.m. until 800 p.m. at Hernandez Rosenberg Funeral Home 800 4th St. in Rosenberg Texas. A prayer service will be conducted at 600 p.m. Ms. Baker was born September 28 1950 in Lubbock Texas and she passed away on February 15 2026 in Whitney Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Billy M. and Delores Rose Baker. She is survived by her sons Scott Baker Tim Baker her brothers Michael Dukes and wife Sharon John Dukes and wife Holly and their families her grandchildren Timothy Baker Zee Baker Lily Baker Ben Baker as well as other loving family members and friends.

Cynthia Cindy Maresh Herrin 74 of Needville TX passed away February 12 2026. She was born July 11 1951 in Richmond TX to Emil Maresh Jr. and Gladys Graeber Maresh. Everyone knew Cindy as Big Momma. She enjoyed spending her time with her friends as an avid APA league pool player and league manager. When she was not doing that she would play cards and spend time with her husband John and friends at Stubbys other local bars or at someones home. After retiring from RDT she took on the responsibility of taking care of her sister Bonnie Sue and she took pride in her family and having her family close. When covid hit in 2020 she quit all activities and stayed close to home due to her health. Although her health got the best of her that didnt stop her from giving orders to Jason and Sherry.
