Joy Vian Kirschner Martin of Sherman Texas passed peacefully from this world on February 11 2026. She was born on June 16 1933 in Oklahoma City Oklahoma and studied English at Stetson University in DeLand Florida. Joy lived in several beloved places throughout her life in Florida with her young family later along the shores of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs Arkansas and eventually in Sherman Texas where she spent her later years near family. Wherever she lived she made a home that reflected her strong sense of beauty and occasion. She is survived by her daughters Joy Bolen Keith of Sherman Texas and Jinger Hayes Steve of Conifer Colorado 12 grandchildren and 37 greatgrandchildren. Linda Frances Leonard 72 of Denison Texas went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 15 2026 at Texoma Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born in Denison Texas on August 11 1953 to Rejana Johnnie and Francis Toots Cherry. She married the love of her life Gary Don Leonard on October 25 1974 and together they raised five children. Linda had a passion for her sparkling blingy outfits and jewelryearning her the beloved title of Bling Queen. She proudly served as room mom for all five of her children and once they completed elementary school she began a 20year career in Medical Records at Texoma Medical Center.
