Funeral services will be held at 1100 a.m. Friday April 10 2026 at Living Hope Fellowship Church Denison TX with Pastor Brett Castle officiating. The family will receive friends from 500 p.m. till 700 pm. Thursday April 9 2026 at the funeral home.

Rodger was born in McKinney Texas to Porter Dottie Evans McBride on March 23 1957. He was the eighth child and the seventh son. He grew up alongside his siblings and always recalled fond memories with each of them. He attended schools in Wichita Falls Sherman and Denison but considered Wichita Falls his hometown. Rodger met Lisa Painter and the two had a brief courtship before they were married on April 14 1975. He said the moment he laid eyes on her he knew he was going to marry her. Such a crazy thing for a 16 year old boy to say. That union gifted them 3 children 7 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren. Along with several bonus kids as he was PaPa Rodg to them all. Raymond Royce Rinehart Sr. 71 passed away on March 26 2026. Raymond lived life on his own terms with a sharp wit a dark sense of humor and a personality that made sure he never met a stranger. Raymond proudly served his country in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy. Once a Marine always a Marinehe carried that pride with him for the rest of his life. He is survived by his only son Raymond R. Rinehart Jr. his granddaughters Madison Rinehart husband Ethan Lee and Mailey Rinehart and boyfriend Wesley Tucker stepgranddaughters Alyssa Parker and Ashleigh Pendleton and his greatgranddaughter Florence RinehartLee. Step greatgrandsons Ryder and Axel Bruce. He also leaves behind a greatgranddaughter on the way Daphne May RinehartLee whom he didnt get the chance to meet but was already loved.
