Dian Lee Rinker Elliott 72 of Front Royal Virginia passed away on Tuesday March 31 2026 at WMC. Born on March 13 1954 in Winchester VA Dian was the daughter of the late Elmer Alonza Rinker and Elizabeth Lee Hodson Harmon. Dian was a high school graduate and was retired having previously worked in retail at Handy Mart. She was preceded in death by her husband James Arthur Elliott who passed away on August 2 2023. They were married on June 9 1977 in Winchester VA. She was also preceded in death by her brother Donald Rinker. Dian is survived by her three children daughters Heather Hartley of Stephens City VA and Rebecca Elliott of Augusta WV and son Matthew Elliott of Winchester VA.
