Helen Anne Poli Kramer 85 a devoted wife loving mother grandmother and greatgrandmother passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 1 2026 at The Willows at Meadow Branch in Winchester VA. Born on July 7 1940 in Scranton PA Helen was the daughter of the late Theodore and Adeline Hamm Kramer. She dedicated her life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse in the Health Care industry retiring after many years of service as a Director of Geriatric Assisted Care. She also served as a delegate and voice for her coworkers on the Health Care and Service Workers Union 1199. She had a long history of volunteer work everywhere she lived including serving on the Leadership Team for the volunteers at Prince William Hospital as well as Novant Health Haymarket Medical Center.
