November 5 1937 February 3 2026 Mr Po Vongkhamchanh was born on November 5th 1937. He was the eldest son of ten siblings from Mr Toy and Ms Sy Vongkhamchanh. In 1952 Mr Po Vongkhamchanh was only 15 years old when his father passed away. The youngest child in the family was just three months old at the time. As the eldest Mr Po Vongkhamchanh stepped into the role of helping his mother becoming a father figure to his younger siblings. He worked hard to care for them and ensured they grew up with strong character a good education and have meaningful lives. In Laos Mr Po Vongkhamchanh worked for many years with the American USAID program in Houay Xai Northern Laos. After the 1975 political changes in Laos he escaped with his mother from Laos and lived in Nong Khai refugee camp in Thailand. In 1978 he relocated to…
