February 14 1942 February 9 2026 Loving husband father brother friend grandfather great grandfather and uncle Bill passed from this life on a sunny Pacific Northwest day that wouldve been perfect for an early morning round of golf with a Starbucks tall Pike Place Roast in hand. At nine years old Bill began mowing greens at Kitsap Golf Course a stones throw away from his boyhood home in Silverdale in high school and junior college he would go on to become a Washington state champ and later won several U.S. Army championships during his service years. Bill worked for 30 years at Puget Sound Energy operating mainframe computer systems where he met lifelong friends and golf partners. Bill loved shoes travel and coffee in equal measure often having a bag just for shoes on his many trips around the globe with his wife Lois. He spent his early days camping…
