Donald “Don” Stacy, age 90 of Iaeger, WV, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the McDowell Health CareDon was born October 10, 1935 in Iaeger, WV a son of the late Lee and Pearl Lockhart Stacy. Don was a veteran of the US Army. Don was happiest when driving around and checking on his friends; he was easily recognized cruising town.In addition to his parents, Lee and Pearl Stacy, Don was preceded in death by four brothers, William Herbert Stacy, Carl Stacy, Johnny Duty and Charles Duty; three sisters, Lois Stacy Mault, Agnes Duty, and Grace Duty Horne.Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Effie Alice Bailey of Iaeger, granddaughters, Linda (Brian) Blankenship of Iaeger, Marchel (Joe) Hurley of Panther grandson, Marcus Bailey, Merideth Ayers of Wytheville, VA; five great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Funeral services will be conducted Friday,…
