She is a graduate of Wayne High School, Class of 1951. Della lived in Wayne County, WV for 78 years, prior to relocating to Bradenton, FL in 2010. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Jason Hogsett. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery. She was born January 15, 1948 in Wayne, WV, a daughter of the late Ray Rowe and Norma Adams Rowe.
