Judy Carol Skeens Mills, 79 of Wayne, WV, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 2, 2026 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2026 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Pastors Fred Ferguson and Rick Perdue. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery Annex, Wayne, WV. She was born March 17, 1947 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Doss Skeens and Mae Trogdon Skeens. Judy was a retired Deputy Clerk for the Wayne County Commission and a member of the Wayne Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Herman Mills; three daughters, Valerie Smith (Rick) of Huntington, WV, Jennifer Salmons (Corey), Clarissa Pyles (Adam) of Wayne, WV; a brother, Doss Skeens, Jr. (Edie) of Wayne, WV; five grandchildren, Staci Whitlatch (Zach), Kaleb Beckett, Emily Beckett, Ethan Pyles and Chloe Pyles; along with a host of additional family and…
