Jan Marie Schumacher of Hartford passed away surrounded by loving family on February 12 2026 at the age of 70 years. She was the daughter of Elroy and Patricia nee Marx Schumacher. Jan was born on August 5 1955 in Hartford Wisconsin. Jan worked at Maysteel in Allenton Wisconsin. In March 2004 Jan suffered a brain aneurysm burst and had been cared for at Samaritan in West Bend Wisconsin for the past 22 years. Shehad amazing help from her family and friends especially Gary Mapes Butch Stravler and Jeanie Oswald. Jan loved cooking Harley Davidson and spending time with many friends. In her free time Jan would watch Nascar Racing her favorite driver being Dale Earnhardt. If she was not watching racing she would be restoring old furniture and antiquing.
