Richard Alan Hosler, age 79, of Crandon, Wisconsin, passed away on May 13, 2026. He was born on January 14, 1947, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to James and Florence (Bisenius) Hosler. He lived a life marked by devotion to his family, service to his country, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life.Richard graduated from Don Bosco High School in 1965 and later attended St. Norbert College and Parkside College in Kenosha on the GI Bill. He carried the values of determination and responsibility with him throughout his life, and those qualities were evident in everything he did. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served his country honorably as a Navy veteran. Helen Ann (Evans) Glasl passed away at home on May 8, 2026, at the age of 67. She was born on September 19, 1958, to Carl and Helen Evans.Helen went to school in Jordan, MN and attended Hennepin Technical College to obtain a degree in Early Childhood education.She rode American Saddle Bred horses for Hollow Haven Farm in Chanhassen, MN for six years. She owned and bred Appaloosa horses all of her life.She met and married the love of her life, Gerald Glasl in 1988, they married 10 years later.Her love of horses, cats and dogs is well known throughout the community.
