Richard Hlinak 88 passed away on April 2026 in Appleton WI. Formerly of Fond du Lac WI. He was born on December 8 1937 in Fond du Lac WI to Edward and Teresa Hlinak. Rick graduated from St. Mary Springs High School then went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He graduated from Oshkosh State College now UW Oshkosh. Rick married Louise Vrobel in 1964 in Stevens Point WI. Louise preceded him in death in 2024. Rick taught in the Fond du Lac School District until his retirement in 1994. Rick also taught Drivers Education for the Fond du Lac and Campbellsport School District. After his retirement he worked at Holiday Automotive for many years.
