Yvonne Benfield Koball, 85 years old of Janesville, WI, was reunited with the love of her life on February 12, 2026.Yvonne was born in St. Louis, MO, on July 27, 1940. After a few years of living in St. Louis and Philadelphia, PA, her family moved to Lombard, IL. Upon graduation from Glenbard West High School, she attended University of Wisconsin at Stout where she earned a degree in Home Economics with an emphasis on textiles.It was at UW Stout that she met Wesley Koball. When they met, and Wes would visit her dormitory, he struggled to spell her first name correctly when signing the guest registration. As a shortcut, he would simply record that he was visiting “Y”. Jody Lee Heller, age 73, of Edgerton, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at home. She was born on October 9, 1952, the daughter of Stanley and Doris (Ruosch) Laskowski. She was a 1971 graduate of Edgerton High School. She married Frederick R. Heller on July 10, 1971, at Central Lutheran, Edgerton. Jody worked for many years as a dietary supervisor for Edgerton Hospital, until her and Fred purchased Lords Liquor Store that they operated together. She had also worked at Swift Haven in dietary. After retirement she was a volunteer with Edgerton Outreach, which she really enjoyed. She liked making wood crafts, especially Christmas ornaments and made fabric hearts for cancer patients. Most of all she loved her family and her dogs Maggie and Cooper.Jody is survived by her husband, Fred of 55 years; 3 siblings: Dave Laskowski, Jeff Laskowski and Janet (Ron) Robinson all of Edgerton; brothers…
