Barbara Lynn Tidwell, age 74, of Springville, AL., passed away on April 1, 2026, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.She was a member of the 1969 graduating class of Appalachian High School, and a life long Methodist member. She dedicated her life to serving others as a registered nurse.She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Lena June Murphree Tidwell; brother Bruce Tidwell; sister Tracy Beauchamp; and adopted son Andrew Tidwell.She is survived by her sisters Rosanne Tidwell, Donna Hicks (Jim), and Jan Timmerman (Jay); nieces and nephews Kristina Shea (Tracy), Tim Hicks (Mandy), Jackson Timmerman (LeighAnne), Jordyn Tracy (James), Lauren Stankiewiez (Matt), Kaley Wixson (Scott), and Cole Beauchamp (Alisha); and additional loving family.The family will receive friends on Friday, April 3, 2026, at Lemley Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
