James Aden Dobbs, age 16, of Douglas, AL., passed away on April 2, 2026.He was preceded in death by his infant big brother, grandfather James Ira Dobbs.He is survived by his parents James Avery and Leslie Nicole Dobbs; brother Jeremy Dobbs (Gracie); sister Brooklyn Dobbs (Ralph Vinson); grandparents Patrica Dobbs and Dale and Sandy Longenecker; aunt Tabatha Cannon (Jamie); cousins Ashton Cannon, Michael Cannon, Makayla Cannon, and Tristen Dobbs.The family will receive friends on Monday, April 6, 2026, at Lemley Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial to follow in Union Grove Cemetery. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Jeremy Dobbs, Tristen Dobbs, Ralph Vinson, Ashton Cannon, Wes Morgan, and Braylin Noblitt.Lemley Funeral Home is honored to serve this family.
