HARRISVILLE Carol E. Tucker age 73 of Harrisville passed away tragically due to an act of violence on March 27 2026 along with her husband Jerry. There will be a Celebration of Life held at the Fowler Baptist Church on Monday April 6 2026 at 1100 a.m. An hour on visitation will be held prior from 1000 1100 a.m. Arrangements are entrusted to French Funeral Home in Gouverneur. She graduated from Massena High School in 1971 and studied Early Child Education at Troy State University in Alabama. He graduated from NorwoodNorfolk Central School in 1972 and earned his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and his Masters in Aviation Management from Troy State University in Alabama.
