Dawn was a loving mother and grandmother. She was very devoted and loved her significant other Joseph very much. She loved cooking meals for her family and enjoyed baking train cakes for the boys. She enjoyed riding her fourwheeler going fishing and was a fantastic artist. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 1967 and served as a Trial Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington from 1967 to 1971.
