Born in Suffern NY to the late Abe and Belle Metlitz of Nanuet Karen was a oneofakind soul with a generous heart and a quick witty sense of humor. She will be best remembered for her deeply caring personality and the effortless love she shared with her family friends and community. Karen is survived by her devoted husband Louis her children Craig Amy and Jodi and her husband Alfredo and her cherished grandchildren Ashley Alexis and her husband Sean Amber and her boyfriend Skyler Luke Noah and Dominic and greatgrandson Brandon. Her love extended to her many beloved granddoggies and greatgranddoggies who brought her immense joy. In lieu of a traditional funeral the family plans to hold a celebration of life at a later date to honor Karens vibrant spirit.
