She was born February 28 1947 in Columbia Hospital in Wilkinsburg. She was raised in Monroeville Pennsylvania daughter of the late Frank A. and Bertha Mae Householder Witter. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Eric S. Liber and a sister Nancy Sloan. Alycewas an excellent seamstress. Her sewing abilities included making her own wedding dress her husbands suit and all of her drapes and she was an exceptional cook. Her academic achievements include an Associates degree in Accounting and a B.S. in interior design from LaRoche where she graduated Summa cum laude.
