She was one of five born to Willia Mae and Joe Nathan Wilda was amazing sister to Joe Calvin Marvin Ray Cynthia Sue and Michael Terry. She carried with her the values of kindness perseverance and generosity. She was devoted and loving mother grandmother sister aunt and cherished friend to many. Whether through a warm meal a listening ear or a gentle word she had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued. Wilda Charlene graduated from Worthing High School in 1971 amd latter attend Southern Business and Technology Institution where she received he degree. Bookkeeping and an associate degree in accounting in 1973. After finishing school Wilda briefly worked at MD Anderson Hospital. She later became a valued asset to HISD for 30 years retiring there.
