Gracie Blanco, 77, of Big Spring, passed away Sunday, August 16th, 2026. Visitation will be from 12 PM until 2 PM, with funeral service at 2 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Family Faith Center. Burial to follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.She was born in Mercedes, Texas, on August 20th, 1948, to Felix Rincon and Felicita Mata Rincon. Gracie was a faithful member of Family Faith Center. She was always very caring, attentive, family-oriented, and had a great sense of humor. She was a fashionista who enjoyed dressing up, loved her sweet tea, and enjoyed TikTok Christianity channels with a large following base. Most of all, Gracie loved her family deeply. Charles Gordon Reed passed away peacefully in his sleep to be with his Lord and Savior on August 14, 2026, at the age of 79. He was born on October 25, 1946, in Gorman, Texas, the beginning of a life defined, from its very first chapter, by service to others.On his 17th birthday, Charles enlisted in the United States Army. While most young men his age were focused on the ordinary pleasures of youth, Charles chose a different path, volunteering to serve his country when others were dodging the draft. He was assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile), where he served for three years. During his service, he earned the Vietnam Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and an Overseas Service Bar, and he qualified as Marksman with the rifle and Expert with the M-14 rifle.
