Kathryn Mae Tatom Johnson, 87 of Big Spring passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Visitation will be from 9 AM until 9 PM with family receiving friends from 5 PM until 7 PM and funeral service to follow at 7 PM on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Myers & Smith Funeral Home Chapel.She was born October 3, 1938 in Big Spring and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Kathryn was a homemaker but also worked at News West 9 as a technical engineer, Highwood, Big Spring State Hospital, M.H.M.R. and a private caregiver.She is survived by her daughter, Tarissa Stephens of Big Spring; grandchildren: Allan Andrew, Aaron & Lindsey Stephens, Devin Johnson, Mac & Lelsie Collier; great grandchildren: John, Jacob, Jaxson, Jazzy, Evander, Ivy Lyn, Audrey, Maximus & Axel; sister-in-law, Johnnie Tatom; and her fur babies: Shadow, Bella & Weezie.She was preceded in death by her…
