Billy Ray Vance has passed away peacefully on August 11 2026 in St. Albans Vermont at the age of 67. He was born in Lexington Kentucky on July 11 1959 to Ray and Betty Vance. Billy loved the water and quiet walks in the woods He has spent most of his working years as a licensed electrician and put his vast technical knowledge of boats to good use working for boating companies as well. His free time was spent in the company of his wife Danielle Primachuk. They had few friends and were happy simply spending time together enjoying walks in nature and chatting over espressos at the local coffee shop. He loved cooking breakfast for two and watching movies over dinner. Life was simple but it was all he needed.
