Sheldrick, 73, of West Haven, passed on Monday March 30, 2026.He was born in October 1952 in Glens Falls, New York, to Franklyn (Peany) and June Sheldrick.He graduated from Fair Haven Union High School and then went to work for Middlebury College until his retirement.Gary loved all things regarding nature and was always outdoors doing something.He is survived by his wife Marcia, son Tracey and his wife Chrissy, grandson Hayden and his fiancé Hailey Hults and his beloved dogs Dutchie and Bitty, who always kept an eye on him.He was predeceased by his parents and brother Mickey.There will be no services. Burial will be private.Memorial contributions may be made to the Fair Haven Rescue Squad.

She grew up in Mount Holly, Vermont, and graduated from Mount Holly High School.Early in her life, Martha followed a profound spiritual calling and became a Nun, devoting her years to God and the service of others. During this time, she pursued her passion for education, earning her bachelor’s degree in teaching.Eventually, Martha’s heart led her toward a different path—one where she could fulfill her dream of having a family of her own. She married John “Jesse” Howard, and together they welcomed their daughter, Christie, who remained the light of Martha’s life.Martha’s career in education was a testament to her patience and kindness.
