A funeral service for Allen Ray will be held at 1100 a.m. on Friday April 10 2026 at the Welch Funeral Home Marks Chapel. The Reverend Evelyn Penn will officiate. The Swann family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour preceding the funeral. Allen Ray will be laid to rest in the Northern Neck Memorial Gardens in Callao following his service. After the burial the family will host a reception in the Fellowship Hall of Henderson United Methodist Church.
