Clarice Claire Bletcher 76 passed away on Friday February 13 2026 with family at her side. She was born in Green Bay March 28 1949 to the late Adolph and Dorothy Warrichaiet De Staercke. Claire graduated from Preble High School in 1967 and went on to attend Bellin College of Nursing where she graduated as an RN in 1970. After graduation she moved to Milwaukee where she worked at various hospitals and medical clinics. Claire often spoke deep appreciation of where she concluded her career at Linden Grove in Menomonee Falls where she retired as Director of Nursing. On May 4 1996 Claire married Tim Bletcher at their home in Sussex. Claire cherished her time with Tim when together they enjoyed dinner with friends in Sussex at OT and Alpine. They spent their weekends camping and boating in Door County with friends and fulfilled their lifelong dream of retiring there…

James Edward Sitar, 83, died Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Meadowbrook at Oconto Falls with his wife of 58 years at his side. Son of the late Joseph and Anne (Bodinski) Sitar Sr. was born June 9, 1943.Jim attended Joliet Catholic Grade School and graduated from Joliet Catholic High School. Shortly after graduating Jim joined the U.S. Marine Corp to serve his country. He left the Marines as Corporal James Edward Sitar. He met and married the former Bonnie Witthuhn. Together Jim and Bonnie owned and operated Jim’s Richmond Cycle Center in Appleton.Jim is survived by his wife Bonnie, and their son Dean (Dana) Sitar. Grandchildren; Tyler Sitar, Tanner (Kristin Holmes) Sitar, Rachael Sitar, and great grandson Jacobi Willis. Sister-in-law Sally Sitar and brother-in-law Leonard Chapla.
