Kathleen M. Filas (Kliscz) 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 1st with her 4 daughters near her. Pam Danielson (Phil), Debbie Benish (Gary), Barb Freagon (Tom) and Julia Eisemann (John). Her son John (Melissa) recently visited for an extended period of time, prior to her death. She loved all her children dearly and was proud of their accomplishments.Kathy grew up in Gilman, WI , born to Anthony and Barbara Kliscz on September 24, 1940. She was able to visit and share memories with her brothers Wayne (Joyce) and Ray (Theresa) before her passing.Kathy met her husband Louis in her early high school years and married August 22, 1959. Kathy’s grit and determination was present in all her accomplishments. Together they focused on family and building their future together.Kathy completed a 2 year degree at TheTaylor County Normal School which allowed her to be a teacher in rural areas. Later…
