Theodore C. Wilson Jr. 62 of Oil City PA died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on August 14 2026 after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer. Born June 11 1964 in Oil City PA he was the son of Peggy Bryan Wilson and the late Theodore C. Wilson Sr. Ted was a 1982 graduate of Oil City High School. Upon graduation from high school Ted worked in the oil fields as a well operator for Petrotech for several years. He then began his career of 31 years as a final inspector for Channellock Tools in Meadville. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in providing for his family and caring for those he loved. Some of Teds fondest memories came from his younger years spent with his grandfather George Bryan who was a Golden Gloves trainer in a boxing gym in Oil City. Ted loved training…

Born July 20 1957 in Oil City PA. she was the daughter of the late Norman St. Clair Deeter Jr. and Monica B. Eiseman Deeter Schneider Summerville. She enjoyed crafting making jewelry spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She was a NASCAR Fan. Table basket was purchased for the family of Rita M. Larry F. Wolfgong 80 of Seneca PA. passed away Monday Aug. 10 2026 at his home following an extended illness. Born Aug. 25 1945 in Shannondale PA. he was the son of the late Cyrus Emberson Wolfgong and Edna M. Seigworth Wolfgong. He was married on July 28 1973 in the Assumption B.V.M. Church to the former Mary Ann Skiba and she survives. Larry had worked for Johns Mansville Oilwell Supply and retired from the Venango County Public Assistance Office. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers James Wolfgong and Allen Harold Wolfgong. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1000 A.M. Lois J. Stiller 92 of Lisbon OH. and formerly of Oil City PA. passed away August 13 2026 at her home. Born April 7 1934 in Oil City PA. she was the daughter of the late Henry and Esther Osgood Welms. She also enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and reading and will be remembered for her great sense of humor. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Susan M. Philip Patrick Wilkinson 72 a lifelong resident of Oil City passed away peacefully at his home on August 11 2026 after a period of chronic illness and declining health. Phil was born on December 9 1953 the youngest of 7 children. His parents were Agnes A. Grolemund and William J. Wilkinson both Oil City residents. He married the former Sheila R. Hall on May 1 1982 at St. Joseph Church in Oil City and they are parents to two children Kel L. and Kerri R. Wilkinson. Phil was raised in the Siverly area of Oil City where he developed a lifelong love of the outdoors and the Allegheny River. Mary Eakman 81 of Mercer passed away August 14 2026 at her home after a period of declining health. Mary was born March 2 1945 in Rockland she was the daughter of the late Wiliam and Erene Delong Maloney. Mary graduated from Rocky Grove High School in 1963. She continued her education and received her LPN license June 20 1990 from Mercer County VoTech School. Mary retired from Polk Center in 2007. Mary was married to Robert Eakman on February 21 1968. Together the couple celebrated 44 years of marriage before Bobs passing on February 27 2012. Mary was the heart of her family which the most important thing to her.
