Larry D. Rogers, 78, of Rouseville passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026 surrounded by his loved ones.Born on March 15, 1948 in Franklin, he was the son of the late Frederick C. and Janet L. (Flickner) Rogers.Larry was a 1966 graduate of Oil City High School.A proud business owner, Larry was self employed and took pride in his work as a plumber, general contractor, and over all Mr. Fix It.Larry served his country in the United States Air Force and went overseas to Vietnam. He received his honorable discharge in May of 1973.To keep busy, Larry enjoyed working with his hands, building and tinkering with different projects. He also was very active in the Boy Scouts and earned his Eagle Scout recognition. An avid hunter, Larry loved being out in the woods and hunting anything that moved. Deer, turkey, bear, elk, it was all fair game to Larry.Left to…
